You must pick two or three main parts of your topic of the speech and then elaborate on them. It will make your speech a lot more interesting for you and also for the audience.

You could stand in front of the mirror and copy their gestures and try to sound like them. It is much better that you just deliver it as you normally would. The audience will be able to spot a copycat from a distance but they are going to appreciate one who is real and honest.
